PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject product having tooth resistance, palatability and appearance similar to those of crab leg by applying small square incisions from opposite surfaces toward the other surfaces while leaving a part free from incisions between the incised parts and between both surfaces. SOLUTION: The objective product 1 can be produced by applying square incisions in the following manner: the longitudinal length of the incision is started from a prescribed length A, successively increased in arithmetic series to a prescribed length B and arithmetically decreased to the length A and the above operations are repeated, and the lateral length of the incision is also started from a prescribed length A, arithmetically increased to a prescribed length B and arithmetically decreased to the length A and the above operations are repeated. A number of small incisions 2 are applied in lattice form from opposite faces toward the opposite faces while leaving a part free from the incision. |
