PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone supporting device with an adjusting mechanism in a simple structure and a hand-free telephone device using it. SOLUTION: A supporting device 1 to support a portable telephone 2 in a vehicle has a pair of rigid frames 11, 11 formed in an almost U-shape, a pair of joints 12, 12 with holes 121 in which a pair of frames are movably inserted at their opposite ends and machine screws 122 to fix and unfix the frames for connecting a pair of frames to each other, and side guides 13 provided to be movable to the center extensions 112 of the frames to restrict the side faces of the portable telephone. |
