PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent effect having an antimicrobial effect and antioxidant effect and having a deodorant effect by mixing the powder of a prescribed weight ratio of tea leaves and active carbon of a prescribed weight ratio with a polyethylene(PE) resin, heating this PE resin to a prescribed temp. and molding the resin to a prescribed shape. SOLUTION: This synthetic resin material is prepd. by mixing 3 to 5%, by weight, tea leave powder and 2 to 3%, by weight, powder of the active carbon, with the PE resin and heating this PE resin to 110 to 130 deg.C and molding the resin to the prescribed shape. As a result, the synthetic resin has the antioxidant effect, antioxidation effect, etc., by the effect of the catechins, xanthines, tannins, etc., contained in the tea leaves and has the deodorant effect by the active carbon. A resin piece 1 for preventing the putrefaction of food as a use example, has a prescribed thickness and elliptic shape and is formed with holes 2 and grooves 3 to increase the contact surfaces with air on its surface. If this piece is put into a lunch box or food container, the putrefaction and smell may be prevented. |
