<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period in constructing an exterior built-up stairway, and make execution work safe by installing a roof plate composed of a precast concrete plates on a top surface of a column wall where a step board is installed on both sides, and joining on end part to a building. SOLUTION: In a roof plate 4, two precast concrete plates 5 are joined together by a connecting piece 5c, and a recessed groove 8 is formed on its joining side, and a connecting plate 9 is protrusively arranged on an inside surface, and a notch part 10 where a connecting reinforcement 11 is arranged on an upper surface of the recessed groove 8 is formed. On end part of the joining sides of the precast concrete plates 5 is arranged on a top surface of a column wall, and an anchor bolt of the top surface is inserted into and fixed to the connecting plate 9, and concrete is placed in an opening part 13 by the recessed groove 8 and the notch part 10, and is fixed to the column wall, and a horizontal plate 5a is joined to a building by a connecting reinforcement 6. Since the precast concrete plates 5 in the same as the column wall and a step board is used as the roof plate 4, roof plate constructing work is facilitated, and a roof can be safely constructed in a short period without requiring a form and an external scaffold.</p> |
