<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly process paper sheet having a desired size by immediately resuming paper sheet feeding operation suspended because the size of the red paper sheet is not proper and surely preventing the waste of paper sheets caused by mistaken processing. SOLUTION: In a paper sheet size is not coincident with a cassette size, feeding of paper sheets thereafter is prohibited (s21), and when a copying operation for a fed paper sheet is finished (s25), a message indicating non-coincidence between the paper sheet size and the cassette size is displayed on a liquid display section (s26). A feed cassette loaded in a currently set cassette loading position is set as a cassette prohibited for use, and the user o the feed cassette is prohibited (s27). The process is placed on standby for pulling-out o the cassette prohibited for use from a copying machine (s28), and when the cassette prohibiting for use is pulled out from the copying machine, setting of the cassette prohibited for use is released (s29).</p> |
