<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flare connector's sealing device which determines the wall thickness of piping by confirming the internal diameter of the piping to connect with easily, and which improves the operational properties of the installation work of an air conditioner and the safety after the installation. SOLUTION: In a flare connector's sealing device, which is provided with a cap 1 equipped with a seal flange 24 that is interposed between the flare connector 2 and a flare nut 5 to block the open line 1 of the flare connector 2, the cap 1 is provided with the first insertion part 11 which is inserted in a through hole 8 of the flare nut 5, and which is formed to have the slightly smaller diameter than the internal diameter D1 of the low-pressure piping 9 to be connected, and the slightly larger diameter than the internal diameter of the high-pressure piping 10 to be connected. Moreover, the leading end of the first insertion part 11 is provided with the second insertion part 12 which is formed to have the slightly smaller diameter than the internal diameter of the high-pressure piping 10.</p> |
