摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve a brake and stop function and to simultaneously additionally provide a lock function. SOLUTION: An actuating lever 10 provided at a tip with a brake working lever 12 is pivotally supported at the frame 50 of a truck by a support axle 11. A brake auxiliary plate 20 having one end pivotally mounted on a frame 50 is located between the brake working lever 12 and the outer peripheral surface 60 of a wheel. By rotating the actuating lever 10 in the direction of an arrow mark P, the brake working plate 20 is pressed by the brake working 12, and this constitution performs brake and a stop of a wheel by pressing the outer peripheral surface 60 of the wheel by the brake auxiliary plate 20. When the actuating lever 10 makes contact with a contact pin 15, the actuating lever 10 is brought into a lock state. The axle 21 of the brake auxiliary plate 20 is positioned in a position deviated from a tangential line making contact with an intersection between a straight line to interconnect the support shaft 11 of the actuating lever 10 and a locus on which the brake working lever 12 is rotated.
