<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable elimination of a need for a return route, profile-lowering and miniaturization of facilities and facilitation of installation work, repair work, and cleaning, by forming respective parts of a vehicle shipping line out of roller conveyors and by providing a vehicle washing device in a place where a roller conveyor of an inspection part is located. SOLUTION: A vehicle shipping line 10 is made up of a carry-in part roller conveyor 11, an inspection part roller conveyor 12, and a carry-out part roller conveyor 13. Each of the conveyors 11, 12, 13 is made up of two lines of roller groups corresponding to left and right wheels 3, 4 of a vehicle 1. Further, outer surfaces of the left and right two lines of roller groups, at least, in the inspection part roller conveyor 12 are each formed into an uneven surface for slip prevention. Further, the inspection part roller conveyor 12 are divided into an upstream vehicle washing zone 66 and a downstream vehicle washing zone 61, and a vehicle washing device for washing off wax spread on the vehicle 1 is provided in the vehicle washing zone 66.</p> |
