PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject solid preparation which shows improved adhesion and possesses no obstruction in the compression tabletting and is excellent even in disintegration and dissolution by mixing loxoprofen-sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose and magnesium stearate. SOLUTION: The objective solid preparation is obtained by mixing essential ingredients of (A) 100 pts.wt. of loxoprofen-sodium (it is usually used as crystalline dihydrate powder and favorable pulverized to an average grain size of about 20-50μm is in the pharmaceutical manufacturing) calculated as the anhydride, (B) 5-20 pts.wt. of hydroxypropyl cellulose (the substitution degree of hydroxy groups in cellulose with hydroxypropyl group is 53.4-77.5 %) and (C) 5-15 pts.wt. of magnesium stearate with other additives (vehicle, binder, disintegrant, surfactant, antioxidant, tablet lubricant, colorant, etc.), and then granulating the mixture.
