PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity while ensuring the balance of comfortability and maneuvering stability in compliance with a demand. SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire is provided with bead apex rubber 9 extended outward in the radial direction of the tire from a bead core 5 through a space between a body part 6a and a folded part 6B of a carcass 6, and a rubber reinforcing layer 10 disposed on the tire axial outside of the body part 6A of the carcass 6 and extended outward in the radial direction of the tire from a bead part 4. The rubber reinforcing layer 10 has a JISA hardness of 75-95, and its lower end 10b breaks off radially inward of the upper end of the bead apex rubber 9, and the upper end breaks off on the radial outside of a tire maximum width point K.
