PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of electric fusion welded joint, which is capable of manufacturing the electric fusion welded joint, in which heating wires are buried in good order in a part near the surface of the joint, with excellent productivity. SOLUTION: An electric fusion welded joint is manufactured by a method wherein a cylindrical body 2, constituted of a thermosetting resin and having a continuous groove 21 on the outer periphery of the same, is obtained through injection molding employing an inner mold 12 and a first outer die 11, then, a heating wire 3 is wound around the continuous groove 21 of the cylindrical body 2, attached to the inner mold 12 as it is, and, thereafter, a molded layer 5, consisting of the thermosetting resin, is formed around the cylindrical body 2 through injection molding employing the cylindrical body 2, attached to the inner mold, and a second outer die 4. Further, a molded form is released from the second outer die and the inner mold to obtain the electric fusion welded joint. |
