<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check reductive deformation of a hose by alternately and windingly arranging respective plural hard steel wire-made reinforcing wires and synthetic resin wires harder than its tube wall in a spiral shape on the inside of a soft synthetic resin tube wall by keeping prescribed intervals. SOLUTION: A hose H forms a spiral recessed-projecting corrugated tube wall 1 using a soft synthetic resin raw material or the like such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Two covered wires 2A which use a hard wire rod (a hard steel wire) 2 such as a steel wire as a core material and are formed by covering its outer peripheral surface with a synthetic resin raw material such as semihard PVC and two resin wires 3 and 3 of a synthetic resin such as semihard PVC having the almost same diameter as these covered wires 2A, are alternately wired on the inside surface side of a projecting corrugated part of this tube wall 1, and are windingly arranged in a spiral shape in a condition of respectively keeping prescribed intervals (w). and of also keeping an interval between a preceding winding wire and a succeeding winding wire in the prescribed interval (w). These respective covered wires 2A, the resin wires 3 and 3 and the tube wall 1 are welded together, but may be adhered together by applying an adhesive to the wire rod.</p> |
