<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve execution by thrusting an excavator with a temporarily set pipe laid in an already set pipe as a guide, and laying a new pipe from the rear part of the excavator after the already set pipe is cut. SOLUTION: After a part 4a of an already set pipe 4 is removed from first and second shafts 2, 3 provided in a ground 1, an excavator 5 is set in the shaft 2, and a temporarily set pipe 6 is inserted in the laying exchange part of the pipe 4 to be supported by a support base. Next, one end of the pipe 6 is penetrated in the upstream side part 4c of the pipe 4, the other end is penetrated in the excavator 5, and the pipe 6 is projected through sealing material 8 on the downstream side part 4d of the pipe 4. Next, after a filler 9 is filled between the part 4b and the pipe 6, the ground 1, the part 4b and the filler 9 are excavated by the excavator 5 as the pipe 6 is a guide, and a new pipe 11 is laid on an excavated part 10. Furthermore, the excavator 5 and the pipe 6 are removed, and a pipe 11 and the parts 4c, 4d communicate with a connection pipe. As a result, while fluid is flowed in the already set pipe, execution can be performed, curvature by soil pressure and the like of the already set pipe is corrected, and the new pipe can be easily laid.</p> |
