PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for adjusting laver treating water, which optimally controls temperature and salt content of water used for storage and washing of raw laver having delicate characteristics to prevent its deterioration by controlling temperature of the laver treating water using, e.g. a temperature sensor which senses temperature of the water. SOLUTION: This system senses, by a salt content sensor 2a, salt content of water in a storage tank in which raw laver is stored and washed, wherein a salt content setting section 51 sets a salt content corresponding to raw laver charged into the tank, and a salt content controlling section 52 controls salt content at the set level. The system also senses, by a temperature sensor 2b, temperature of the water in the tank, wherein a water temperature setting section 41 sets a water temperature level, and a water temperature controlling section 42 controls water temperature at the set level by comparing the sensed temperature level with the set level, both appearing on a display. Both salt content and storage water temperature can be set by a remote controlling section 16. |
