摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the combustion efficiency and generating efficiency by guiding the cooling water circulated in the second cooling circuit of a driving motor control part into a first cooling circuit in the state where an engine is not operated with a battery terminal voltage of a set value or more, and no heat is generated from the engine. SOLUTION: When a hybrid electric vehicle is started, the cooling water temperature Tw of an engine 12 and the cooling water temperature Te of a motor control part 11 are detected by a first water temperature sensor 20 and a second water temperature sensor 23, respectively. When the water temperature Tw is lower than a switching means set temperature Te0 lower than the upper limit temperature of cooling water temperature of the motor control part 11 in the state where a battery is sufficiently charged, the water temperature Te is lower than Te0, and an engine 12 is stopped, the cooling water which cooled the motor control part 11 is guided into the engine 12. Then, a cooling circuit for circulating it to the motor control part 11 without passing a radiator 16 is established. Thus, the engine 12 can be early warmed up to improve the starting property.
