PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover the visual acuity efficiently and surely by attaching at least one pair of electrodes to a meridian point in the periphery of an eye-ball, and applying a curing waveform from a waveform generating means. SOLUTION: After an earth is put in the connecting state, and the off state of a power switch 11 is confirmed, a power supply cord is inserted in a plug socket. The respective control knobs 41, 42 are turned to the minimum, and the power supply switch 11 is turned on. A FNC change-over switch 12 is set to 5, and a meridian point searching dig bar 51b and a search bar 52b are used to search for an area where the deflection change of a meter 23 is remarkable as a meridian point. Subsequently the FNC switch 12 is set to T to put one pair of skin contacts 61b, 62b in the connecting state, and the skin contacts 61b, 62b are attached on the skin where meridian points exist. The respective knobs 41, 42 are controlled to increase and decrease the applied current to a desired stimulation degree. Thus, the nearsightedness or the like can be recovered. |
