PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation treatment device which relatively detailedly provides an operator with a spatial state of radiation irradiation. SOLUTION: A radiation treatment device which irradiates radiation from the tip of an irradiation needle 12 to a body to be treated is provided with a position measuring unit 5 which measures the tip position of the irradiation needle 12, and a irradiation distribution calculation processor 6 which calculates the spatial distribution of the exposure rate accumulated from the start of the treatment based on the measured tip position of the irradiation needle 12 and the spatial distribution of the exposure rate per unit time with the tip of the irradiation needle 12 set to the center. |
