PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a possibility of removing a belt except the time of a changing work by fixing a through ring main body and a clogging member clogging a notched part making a belt insertable/detachable into/from the through ring main body with a main bolt and a bolt for fixing. SOLUTION: A through ring main body 60 and a clogging member 70 are superposed on each other, the superposed one is inserted into main bolt insertion holes 65a and 75a on which a cylindrical part 82a of a bush 82 with collar is superposed and the superposed one is passed through the holes 65a and 75a. Next, a main bolt 80 is screwed onto a through ring fixing hole on the side wall of a car body after the main bolt 80 is inserted into the bush 82 with collar and is passed through the bush 82, and a collar 83 and a falling-off retaining washer 84 are fitted into the tip of the bolt 80. Next, the clogging member 70 is revolved around the through ring main body 60 with the main bolt 80 as a shaft and a clogging part 71 is fitted into a notched part 61 after a belt main body is inserted into an insertion/passing hole 51. A fixing bolt 81 is screwed onto superposed bolt insertion holes 65b and 75b for fixing. |
