PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a compact and simple structure by constituting a rotor by a part of a valve element, and arranging a coil capable of giving a rotating force to the rotor by current-carrying around the rotor. SOLUTION: An electric motor 98 as electromagnetic actuator for giving a rotating force to a rotating valve 80 is formed of a magnetized minor diameter part 86 in the rotating valve 80 and a coil 96 arranged around it. Since the rotor of the electric motor 98 is formed of a magnet part 86 formed by using a part of the rotating valve 80, a special rotor part is dispensed with, the number of part items and the number of assembling processes can be reduced, and simplification of the structure and reduction in size and cost of a mount can be advantageously attained. |
