PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely assemble a unit room having a notch to avoid a beam of a building frame from the inner side of the unit without deteriorating appearance inside the room. SOLUTION: A structure comprises wall panels including an under-beam wall panel 4A built on a circumferential edge part of a waterproofing pan right under a beam G, and a cut wall panel 4B provided with a notch part 4b to avoid the beam G and built to be perpendicular to the underbeam wall panel 4A, an under-beam connection bar 21 on a back surface side upper part of the wall panel, and an erected connection bar 24 disposed between connection bars. An engagement part 121a of a vertical panel 12 of an under-beam ceiling panel 10 is engaged with the erected connection bar 24, and an engagement part 111a of a horizontal panel 11 is fitted into a fixing member 30 provided on the under-beam connection bar 21, thereby the under-beam ceiling panel 10 is installed. |
