PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a systematized ceiling of a dropping method which uses a relatively inexpensive gypsum board type material as ceiling interior board and can secure the flatness of a finished ceiling face, dimensional stability, and regularity of design. SOLUTION: A board dropping method includes a process which comprises which comprises arranging ceiling runners 5, 6 substantially in a lattice configuration in a ceiling area, defining a plurality of board dropping areas on a ceiling structural surface using the support bands 51 of the ceiling runners 6, 7, dropping a ceiling interior material 10 of a predetermined dimension into each board dropping area, and placing the ceiling interior material on the support bands. The ceiling interior material is made of a gypsum board having a dimension such that it can be enclosed in the board dropping area and having a plate thickness of 12 mm or more. When desired the gypsum board has a plurality of back battens 15 fixed integral with its back and has a cover sheet 14 deposited on its finished interior front and/or back. |
