PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold down the deterioration of characteristic of a product at the minimum so as to prevent environmental contamination at the time of discarding by forming a mixture obtained by mixing acetic acid bacteria producing cellulose with polyvinyl chloride resin. SOLUTION: A blood tube 1 or the like is manufactured by mixing acetic acid bacteria producing cellulose which is powdered by a spray drier with a compound-like polyvinyl chloride resin containing a plasticizer, and kneading the same while being sheared to obtain a mixture, and forming the mixture. The mixture is kneaded by repeating the work of rolling the mixture to be belt-like by a pair of rolling rollers. The obtained mixture is pelletized, and the pellet is thrown in an extrusion molding machine to extrusion-mold a designated blood tube 1. The acetic acid bacteria producing cellulose is generated and accumulated according to a fung incubation method, and produced by inoculating acetic acid bacteria in a nutritive culture medium containing organic micronutrient such as a carbon source, a nitrogen source. Thus, the environmental contamination is inhibited and the affinity and flexibility can be ensured. |
