PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution of a method for filling a rice cake in a vessel for forming the rice cake, by which a void is prevented from being generated on the inner wall of the vessel by imparting centrifugal force to the vessel for forming the rice cake and the rice cake in a viscous flow state filled in the interior thereof. SOLUTION: This method for filling a rice cake in a vessel for forming the rice cake comprises a step for filling and enclosing the rice cake 3 in a viscous flow state from a hole formed at the bottom part of the vessel 1 for forming the wrapped rice cake and formed by communicating a small vessel 11 for the upper layer and a large vessel 12 for the lower layer in a hollow state, a step for closing the hole, a step for placing the vessel 1 for forming the rice cake on a rotating stand 5 so that a rotation axis center 4 may be set at the intermediate part of the top part of the small vessel 11 and the bottom part of the large vessel 12, a step for rotating the placed rice cake and the vessel at a required speed by changing the position contacting with the rotating stand for one or several times to impart an centrifugal force to the rice cake in the vessel. As the result, the formation of void on the inner wall of the vessel is prevented. |
