PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipolar forceps type electric treatment device which does not have any failure a unipolar electrically treating device has and moreover, enables easily pinching and burning off of a tissue piece of a living body at a sampling site even when the sampling site in a body cavity is roughly flat. SOLUTION: This apparatus has a flexible sheath 4 insertable in vivo, a pair of forceps pieces 12 which is mounted at a distal side of the sheath 4 and has cut-shaped recessed parts 24 formed thereon, both of which are interlinked free to open or close with both the recessed parts 24 facing each other, first electrodes 32 which are formed respectively at tip side end rim parts of the recessed parts 24 of the pair of the forceps 12, a second electrode 30 comprising a protruded matter with the tip thereof tapered to be housed into the recessed parts 24 without contacting the first electrode 32 in a state where the pair of forceps 12 is closed, a voltage supply means 40 connected on the near end side of the sheath 4 to supply a high frequency voltage between the first electrode 30 and the second electrode 32 and open/close control means 13, 17 and 18 and 20 to control the opening or closing of the pair of forceps. |
