The invention concerns a hair-drier or the like, combining a heat source in the form of an electric resistor with a fan generating a hot air flow for treating hair. The device comprises a series of pins (7 and 7') for electric connection via a base (3) whereon the device can be placed and an electrically rechargeable battery (9, 9') for powering a fan (15) motor (13) and a heat accumulating element (11) capable of being heated by at least one electric resistor. |
