PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating lamp in which luminance nonuniformity can be reduced, it is not necessary to increase the number of light emitting diodes so much even at the time of illuminating a wide area, and power consumption can be extremely reduced. SOLUTION: A device is constituted of a concave reflecting mirror 11 and a bucket-shaped reflecting mirror 12, light emitting diode 31 for direct illumination whose optical axis is almost parallel to the optical axis of the reflecting mirror for directly illuminating the neighborhood of the central part of an illumination area and the neighborhood of the center line of the longitudinal direction, and light emitting diode 32 for reflected illumination whose optical axis is arranged toward the reflecting surface of the reflecting mirror for illuminating the illumination area with the wide reflected light. |
