PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable high frequency transmission line capable of securing prescribed characteristic impedance and an electronic component provided with the high frequency transmission line. SOLUTION: A high frequency transmission line component 1 is constituted by laminating dielectric sheets 5 respectively provided with transmission line conductors 2a and 2b and via holes 6, the dielectric sheet 5 provided with a ground conductor 4 and the dielectric sheet 5 for protection, etc. The transmission line conductors 2a and 2b are made to face each other across the dielectric sheet 5 leaving pull-out parts 3a and 3b. The transmission line conductors 2a and 2b are electrically serially connected through the via holes 6 and form one transmission line 2. Further, the transmission line 2 is disposed between the two ground conductors 4 arranged at upper and lower parts. |
