<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the falling-off of a heat insulating material by arranging a pair of long bar-like members held by the washer of a bolt and contacted with the heat insulating material around the outer periphery of the heat insulating material in a structure where main body flanges are connected with each other by bolts through the freely elongatable heat insulating material and a bellows. SOLUTION: Bolts 3 are integrally provided in the end parts 1a and 2a of a first and a second main body flanges 1 and 2 fixed to the end parts of pipes arranged at an interval, and a freely elongatable heat insulating material 5 and a bellows 7 are provided between the main body flanges 1 and 2. Then, each bolt 3 is inserted into the heat insulating material 5 and fixed by a washer 10 and a nut 10a. This washer 10 is formed to be U-shaped in section, and a pair of long bar-like members 11 composed of members having friction inside are provided to be positioned in both sides of the bolt 3. Thus, since the pair of long bar-like members 11 are contacted with the surface of the heat insulating material 5 with friction at the time of fastening the nut 10a, a stable state is maintained between the bolt 3 and the heat insulating material 5.</p> |
