SOLUTION: A web server 200 is provided with individual data 210 corresponding to a terminal equipment 10, style data 220 storing various page styles, a style generation part 230 generating the prescribed web screen 500 from individual data 210 and style data 220 and a server controller 150. Style data 220 is constituted of format data 221 storing the various format of the page style 620 and element data 222 storing the plural different operation keys of at least one length in a height direction and a width direction or guidance. The prescribed web screen is generated with the web server 200 based on a request from the terminal equipment 100 and the web screen is displayed on the web area 112 of the display part 100 in the terminal equipment 100.
