PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for a direct type printed circuit board capable of preventing deformation of a flexing piece by inhibiting excessive flexion of the flexing piece. SOLUTION: A base 11 holds contacts 17 which are brought into contact with a contacting pattern of a printed circuit board. A pair of arms 12 extend from the base 11 along both side edges of the printed circuit board. A fixing piece 13 to be fixed to another member is disposed at the tip of the arm 12. Furthermore, a holding claw 14 abutting against one surface of the printed circuit board via a flexing piece 15 having flexibility in a direction where a distance from the side edge of the printed circuit board becomes variable is disposed at the tip of the arm 12. The fixing piece 13 is provided with a locking piece 19 for restricting a flexing quantity of the flexing piece 15 abutting against the holding claw 14 when the flexing piece 15 is flexed in a direction separated from the printed circuit board. |
