<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration sensor by which the direction of a vibration and the magnitude of the vibration can be detected by a method wherein a magnetic body is supported, so as to be capable of being vibrated only in one direction, by an elastic body one end of which is fixed. SOLUTION: A vibration sensor 10 is constituted of a magnetic body 11 which is supported by a sheetlike elastic body 12 one end of which is fixed and of a coil 13 as a magnetic-line-of-force detector. The rigidity of the elastic body 12 is made large, e.g. in an amplitude direction (a direction perpendicular to a paper face), and it is made small in a plate thickness direction (the direction of arrows 14). Then, when a vibration is transmitted from the outside, the elastic body 12 is vibrated in the up-and-down direction indicated by the arrows 14 in which the rigidity is small. Therefore, also the magnetic body 12 which is supported by the elastic body 12 is vibrated up and down in the direction of the arrows 14, the magnetic body 11 is brought close to, or separated from, the ring-shaped coil 13, and an electromotive force is generated. When the electromotive fore is detected, the magnitude and the cycle of the vibration in the up-and-down direction can be detected.</p> |
