<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator to have good operability and to perform work with one hand at the time of accompanying concomitant work by providing integrally a bar code scanner body with a marking means. SOLUTION: An operator holds a grip 12, turns such a bar code scanner 10 as to face a bar code to be read, makes laser light from a laser light emitting part scan the bar code by operating a trigger-shaped read switch 13, detects reflection beams from the bar code with a laser light receiving part and performs reading. A bar code scanner body 11 is provided with an ink jet projecting means 14, and when reading the bar code completes normally and a marking means drive signal is generated from a controlling part, the part 14 operates, ink jet is injected in the direction of an arrow A from an ink jet injection nozzle 14a, and a mark of a ink drop is attached to read object bar code neighborhood.</p> |
