PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt locking tool to increase a force (a pull-out load) opposing to a force to pull out a bolt receiving hole from a bolt as simplicity of operation to mount only by pushing the receiving hole of a base body is maintained. SOLUTION: A bolt locking tool 1 is provided with a base body 3 in which a bolt receiving hole to receive a bolt is formed and a pair of locking means 10 opposite to each other and locked to the screw part of the received bolt are arranged on the inner wall 9 of the bolt receiving hole. Each of the locking means comprises a plurality of elastic arms 15 and 17 extending from the inner wall of the bolt receiving hole toward the central part of the hole; and a plate form lock part 18 supported by an arm and extending longitudinally of the bolt receiving hole. A plurality of lock claws 19 locked at the screw of the bolt are formed on the surfaces, positioned facing each other, of lock parts and juxtaposed longitudinally of the bolt receiving hole.
