PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide transmission line by which a prescribed characteristic impedance and miniaturization is possible with a superior frequency characteristic by constituting the transmission line of plural layers and permitting the progress directions of a high frequency signals propagated through adjacent transmission line conductors to be the same ones. SOLUTION: In a high frequency transmission line 2, plural dielectric sheets 5 are laminated with the plural transmission line conductors 2a and 2b and the transmission line conductors 2a and 2b are made to be opposed with the dielectric sheets 5 in a laminating direction. The two adjacent transmission line conductors 2a and 2b are electrically connected so as to permit the progress directions of the propagated high frequency signals to be mutually the same directions and also a laminated body incorporating the transmission line 2 is constituted. Besides, one transmission line 2 is composed of the two layers of the transmission conductors 2a and 2b between vertically-arranged two ground conductors 4 in high frequency transmission line parts 1. Therefore, the length of the transmission line conductor per one layer is made to be almost a half compared with the conventional one when the characteristic impedance is fixed. |
