PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the dispersibility of a coloring agent, a charge controlling agent and the like in a toner resin and to attain excellent coloring property and developing property by containing at least a binder resin, the coloring agent, a specific copolymer and the esterified material and an unreacted esterifying agent. SOLUTION: At least the binder resin, the coloring agent and the copolymer Ia of an α-olefin expressed by formula I and maleic anhydride and/or the copolymer IIa of an α-olefin expressed by formula II and an alkenyl succinic anhydride, the esterified material Ib of the copolymer Ia and/or the esterified material IIb of the copolymer IIa and the unreacted esterifying agent c are contained. And the esterification factor of the esterified copolymers Ib, IIb is 5-100% and the unreacted esterifying agent c consists of an alcohol having an alkyl chain. In formula I, each of R and R' represents hydrogen and/or a (substituted) alkyl group and (n) represents a natural number. In formula II, each of R and R' represents hydrogen and/or a (substituted) alkyl group and each of (n) and (m) represents a natural number. |
