PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs such as communication cost and printing cost by sending an inquiry by utilizing an internet, etc., and receiving help about processing based on technical knowledge of bookkeeping by a person who does not have a technical ability about double-entry bookkeeping. SOLUTION: An accounts item file that is independent of a data file having date and amount columns and a column that attaches accounts item to remarks are provided, and a remarks file on which plural remarks attaching an appropriate accounts item to the column are registered is used. A command indicating obscurity is provided about a transaction whose accounts item is obscure. When the command is indicated and concrete remarks that are related to the transaction is described, a remarks file in which description in the attached column of an accounts item is 'obscure' and so on is produced. After that, a remarks file to which 'obscurity', etc., is attached is sent through an internet, etc., an accounts item file that is attached to a different stage is referred to, and the remarks file to which an appropriate accounts item is attached is received as a reply through the internet, etc., and overwritten on the sent file. |
