PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable transmission/reception while making the data of a large capacitance into packets and to enable smooth processing by generating a request packet from a present node to the other node, sending it to a serial interface and detecting split time out when the packet of a response to the request packet is not returned within preset time. SOLUTION: A pending detection circuit 1261 detects whether the response from the other node is under pending or not and when pending is detected, a detecting signal S1261 is outputted to a split time counter 1262. When the detecting signal is received, the split time counter 1262 starts time measuring operation. When the time of the split time counter 1262 reaches the set time of a time out register 1263, a time out signal STO showing split time out is outputted from a comparator circuit 1264. Thus, for example, communication operation is stopped and an error is displayed. |
