<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dimensional error of the tip part of a pipe and the like by enchancing the processing accuracy when a flange coupling is formed, and to suppress the rise of the cost even though such a process is applied, and furthermore, to respond easily even though the form of the tip part of the pipe is made complicated. SOLUTION: After an expansion part 4 and an extended pipe part are formed to the tip of a pipe projecting from the abutting surface side 22 of a flange member 20 by a press, the extended pipe part is approached to the expansion part 4 side by the press, so as to form the thick wall part 8 at the expansion part side of the extended pipe. And by cutting the extended pipe part and the thick wall part 8, an opening which can be inserted to the insertion hole of a connected member, and an O-ring outer insertion part 6 are formed, while by cutting the outer side position of the expansion part 4, the expansion part 4 is regulated in an outer diameter size which can be inserted to the insertion hole of the connected member.</p> |
