PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user side to change the behavior of an agent by processing a parameter that controls the behavior of the agent on the side of a server and returning it to the user at the time of performing the transmission and receiving of an electronic mail with a virtual pet that is shown on a real world oriented GUI screen as the agent.
