PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely dispose oil accumulated in an oil reservoir without spilling it in a filter of a range hood disposed on an upper part of cooking tools in a kitchen, etc., for discharging waste gas, oil soot, and odor, and the like produced upon cooking to the outside of a house. SOLUTION: The present filter is adapted such that a side surface plate 10 that is movable at least to one position, is provided in an oil reservoir 8 provided on a lower part of a filter 9, and a silicon paint is applied on an entire surface of the filter 9 having the oil reservoir 8 including the side surface plate 10. Herein, oil adhering upon the oil soots passing through the filter 9 flows down onto the oil reservoir 8 provided below, and hence only movement of the side surface plate 10 allows the oil to be discarded. As a result, when the filter 9 is removed, the oil in the oil reservoir 8 is prevented from flowing onto a cooking table or on a cooking person when the filter 9 is inclined. |
