PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform automatic retrieval and transfer of necessary information in accordance with an instruction from an optional terminal and to form an ID card in an optional printer by enhancing a retrieval function and an information transfer function in a system. SOLUTION: A terminal C of a group controller B inputs an ID number that is outputted again in a process (a). And in a process (b), an ID card production file D is retrieved with the ID card number that is inputted in the process (a). In the case of its existence, description information is shown as it is. In a process (c), when there is no corresponding ID production file, retrieval is performed with an ID card number which is inputted in the process (a) by an ID card production file G of another group controller E. In a process (d), a retrieval result is fetched from the controller E to the controller B. In a process (h), the controller B requires a printer I to output an ID card again with a printer K. |
