PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more simply execute the maintenance and improvement of a circuit device using a programmable logic circuit device. SOLUTION: At least a part of the circuit device is constituted of a reconstitutable programmable logic circuit device 24. A circuit information control means 23 controls a network communication means 21 and a circuit information temporary storage means 22. The means 21 acquires circuit information from a data storage device arranged on a network. The circuit information acquired through the means 21 is stored in the means 22. The means 23 reconstitutes the device 24 in accordance with the circuit information stored in the means 22.
