PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and surely execute a proper countering work to abnormality generated in an equipment. SOLUTION: A countering work content corresponding to an abnormal content specified by abnormal data is retrieved in an ROM 22 (s3), the transmission method and format of alarm data which are preliminarily stored in an RAM 23 are read (s4), and the countering work content is synthesized with the format of the read alarm data so that alarm data corresponding to the transmission method can be prepared (s5). When transmission for a telephone is set, a voice message with which the content of the alarm data is synthesized is generated (s6, s7). When transmission for a facsimile equipment is set, a facsimile document in which the alarm data are described is transmitted (s8, s9). When transmission for a personal computer is set, an electronic mail including the alarm data is transmitted (s10, s11). |
