PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment which is capable of quickly originating or obtaining required information without being shackled by a specified radio equipment by constituting the radio equipment with a radio main body part and an ID card which are respectively different units and making the ID card constituted of an ID part for storing the ID of a user and subscriber information or the like detachable with respect to the radio equipment. SOLUTION: An ID card 20 is provided with a CPU 22 for controlling a radio main body part 1, a timing control 23 and a memory 24 for storing the software of a communication protocol or the like, corresponding to a communication system. The ID card 20 is also provided with an ID part 21 storing the ID of the user and the subscriber information and a battery 25 for supplying power to the CPU or the like. By having the user insert the ID card 20 to an ID card part and connecting it to a connector 28, the software corresponding to the communication system and the individual data of a subscriber are down- loaded from the ID card 20 to the radio main body part 1. Thus, other radio equipment can be used as well by the ID card connection. |
