PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio equipment of the time division multiplexing access TDMA system that discriminates based on a received electric field strength, discriminates burst signals of differing lengths and controls a demodulation section which corresponds to the burst signal. SOLUTION: A reception electric field strength of burst signals with different lengths is detected by an electric field strength level detection section 13. A discrimination section 112 decides the length of the burst signal based on a measured value, the length of the burst signal is reported to a control section 114, and the control signal 114 controls the processing method by a demodulation section 111 based on the length of the burst signal, so that the burst signals of differing lengths are received accurately and demodulated. |
