PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time when an impedance state between a drain and a source of an output MOSFET changes. SOLUTION: The switch is provided with an inverter 4 that converts the phase of a received control signal, a diode bridge 3 that alternately rectifies control, signals of forward/reverse phases received via capacitors 1, 2, output MOSFETs 5, 6 whose drain-source state changes into a low impedance or high impedance state when the rectified control signal of the forward/reverse phases is received between the gate and the source, and with a discharge circuit 7 that discharges charges between the gate and the source of the output MOSFETs 5, 6. Switching MOSFET 8(9) whose drain-source impedance changes to low impedance is connected between a capacitor 2 (3) and at least either of the gate or the source of the output MOSFETs 5, 6, when a control signal whose phase is opposite to the phase of a signal between the drain and the source is given to the gate. |
