PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize normality in accordance with a circuit device on data error detection method/device in a system where plural circuit devices by semiconductor integrated circuit and the like are loaded. SOLUTION: A plurality of packages 4 where the circuit devices 1 by the semiconductor integrated circuits and the like are loaded on a plurality of printed circuit boards are mounted to form the system. Error detection parts 2 detecting the errors of input data in the respective circuit devices 1 are provided and a fault notice processing part 3 inputting the detection signals of the error detection parts 2 is provided. The condition of a fault notice is set in the fault notice processing part 3, and detection information by the error detection of input data by the error detection parts 2 and position information are informed to a maintenance terminal and the like and a place where the fault occurs is identified in accordance with the circuit device 1. |
