<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily move a moving picture by allowing an operator to specify a moving image and an orbit, moving the image along the orbit and performing updation processing of a moving picture file through the selection of a function button and a coordinate information acquisition operation. SOLUTION: A moving picture file is acquired from a moving picture storage device 3 with a file specifying button of a moving picture operating means 4. The reproduction speed of a moving picture is specified and shown with a read speed specifying button of the means 4, and an object image that sets a moving picture area is selected with an area specifying button. When an object image is determined, the moving image is temporarily stopped by using the read speed specifying button of the means 4, and when coordinate information is designated by a coordinate input device 6, a coordinate acquiring means 5 acquires coordinate data from the coordinate information, and a polygonal area of the means 4 is designated. An operator inputs an orbit that moves the polygonal area by using the device 6, tracing on a window with a mouse.</p> |
