PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strip power feeding system with less ground current route difference provided with excellent reflection characteristics even when a frequency is raised. SOLUTION: This power feeding device is a strip line composed by turning the respective ground conductor patterns 6a and 6b of dielectric substrates 5a and 5b to an outer side and laminating them, and by a through-hole 3 for an inner conductor and the plural through-holes 4 for an outer conductor opened on a circular-arcuate conductor pattern 2 provided so as to surround the through-hole 3 for the inner conductor 3 opened at a tip part 10 provided with a radius smallest in a length direction and enlarged corresponding to the angle of deviating from there on the same surface as a strip conductor pattern 1 provided on one surface of the dielectric substrate 5a, the coaxial line of a vertical through structure is formed inside the dielectric substrate 6a. Then, the flange of a coaxial connector part 18 for holding a center conductor 7 inserted from the surface side of the ground conductor pattern 6a to the through- hole 3 for the inner conductor inside the outer conductor 9 in contact with the surface of the ground conductor pattern 6a by a dielectric 8 and the dielectric substrate 5a are fixed through the through-hole for screw fixation. |
