<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely judge the quality of a motor by applying an operable lowest voltage to the motor by a voltage applying means to slowly rotate an oscillator, and detecting the rotation stop of the oscillator by a stop detecting means. SOLUTION: A control box 15 measures the current value carried between an oscillator 11 and a guide pin 6. When a motor 9 is normally driven, and the oscillator 11 and the pin 6 keep the contact state, a prescribed quantity of current can be measured by the box 15. When the motor 9 stops to drive, and the oscillator 11 is separated from the pin 6, the current quantity measured by the box 15 is 0 A. When the current quantity is not 0 A, it is judged that the motor 9 is normally driven to light a green lamp 16. Since an operable lowest voltage is applied to the motor, the oscillator is slowly rotated. In this case, when a shaft can not be smoothly rotated by the failure of the motor, the oscillator is stopped. Thus, the quality of the motor can be judged by detecting the stop of the oscillator by a stop detecting means.</p> |
